You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create an account, start a trial or purchase access. Do not use Roamora if you are under 18. You may still contact support or request account deletion. Use is subject to local law and availability; this website does not promise availability in every country.

Your account and access

Use the same Google account on the website and in the iPhone app. Access is associated with that account and is limited to one active iPhone at a time. Keep your account secure and use the service only on devices you own or are authorized to manage.

One account per person

Creating, maintaining or using multiple Roamora accounts is prohibited. This includes creating additional accounts to obtain extra trials, avoid account restrictions or bypass a suspension or closure. If you need help changing your sign-in or recovering access, contact support instead of creating another account.

Account suspension and closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any lawful reason or for a breach of these Terms of use, subject to applicable law. Reasons may include multiple accounts, misuse, fraud, security risks, violations of these terms or discontinuing the service. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice and an explanation. Immediate suspension or closure may be necessary for serious misuse, security risks or legal obligations.

You may request account closure at any time through the account-deletion page. You may contact support to request a review of a suspension or closure. Account closure does not remove rights to a refund, repayment for undelivered service, notice or other remedies required by law or our refund policy. We will stop future subscription renewals when we close your account.

Installation and compatibility

Roamora is installed through SideStore, not the App Store. Initial guided setup requires a supported Windows PC, an iPhone, a USB data cable and Wi-Fi. SideStore apps require periodic refresh. Review the setup requirements and use the available trial before purchasing. Apple, SideStore, LocalDevVPN and other third-party services have their own terms. Roamora is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers merely because they are mentioned.

Free trial

The trial provides 30 continuous minutes beginning after your first successful Teleport or Start Travel. Installing the app and setting up its connection do not start that timer. A trial does not automatically charge you or enroll you in a subscription.

Plans and billing

The price, currency and billing interval are shown before purchase. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the supported life of the Roamora app; it does not mean forever or the purchaser’s lifetime. Future paid purchases have the 14-day withdrawal policy described in our refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. See the full policy for cancellation and billing support.

Third-party apps and trademarks

Roamora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the apps or companies shown in the website carousel. These are examples of location-based apps that Roamora may work with; compatibility varies and is not guaranteed. App names and logos belong to their respective owners. Displaying them does not imply a partnership, approval or permission to disregard their terms. Follow each app’s rules; its features, policies or compatibility with simulated locations may change.

Responsible use

Never use simulated location for emergencies, navigation or safety monitoring. Fraud, stalking, harassment and nonconsensual use are prohibited. Follow other apps’ rules. Restore your real location while connected and check the result; disconnection, app closure or access expiry may prevent restoration.

Use location simulation lawfully and follow the rules of other apps and services. Do not use Roamora for fraud, harassment, unauthorized access or to misrepresent safety-critical location information. Other services may restrict simulated locations or take action under their own rules. Roamora does not promise universal compatibility or protection against those actions.

Availability and changes

Roamora depends on supported devices and third-party systems. Features or compatibility may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material changes will be described on this page with an updated date. Where notice or renewed agreement is required by law, an updated date alone does not replace that requirement. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
