Delete your Roamora account

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your Roamora login, plan/trial access and phone registration, and cancels linked Stripe subscriptions. It does not issue a refund. To cancel renewal while keeping access, use Manage billing on My account instead.

Before deleting: stop travel, tap Restore real location in Roamora and check the result. Sign out of the iPhone app. Deleting an account is not a command to restore your phone’s location.

Clean up data on your devices

Restore real location before signing out or uninstalling Roamora.
Remove Roamora from the iPhone Home Screen to remove its saved places and app files. App/keychain credentials may persist according to iOS behavior; deleting your server account prevents those credentials from accessing it.
Delete downloaded Roamora.ipa files from Files → Downloads if you no longer need them.
On Windows, uninstall Roamora Setup. If desired, remove RoamoraSetup and Roamora local folders from %LOCALAPPDATA% to clear saved setup progress and logs. Check the folder name before deleting; do not remove unrelated Apple/device data.
Your Google account and independently installed SideStore/LocalDevVPN remain separate.

Records that may remain

Stripe financial history, legally required records, provider backups/logs and unresolved support or security records may remain as described in the privacy policy. If deletion fails, billing may already be cancelled; sign in again and retry or contact support.
